Winter Tea (冬片茶) (Taiwan Alisan Oolong Tea)
Alishan premium winter tea, a high-mountain oolong tea directly sourced from tea farmers. Made from the tenderest tea buds of the tea trees.
Water: 90 °C
Quantity: about 150 CC to make 8 gm of tealeaves, or one-fifth of teapot used
Brew time:
· 1st brew: 90 seconds
· 2nd brew: 60 seconds
· 3rd brew: 50 seconds
· 4th brew: 50 seconds
*Leave one-third of brewed tea for to mix with the next brew. The flavor of tea will last till the last brew.
